Join Nichols Arboretum for an EcoWorkday to celebrate Climate Week! This event focuses on invasive plant removal and strengthening ecosystems at Nichols Arboretum. Perfect for groups, individuals, and pairs. Some tasks may involve bending, lifting, or being in full sun, and work areas may have uneven terrain or minor tripping hazards.
What to wear and bring: Please review this website for full details on dress code for safety and outdoor work. Bring a water bottle. We will provide tools and an orientation to get you going.
Location: Meet at the outdoor patio space of the Reader Center (white building) at Nichols Arboretum, located at 1610 Washington Heights, Ann Arbor near the Ronald McDonald House.
Transportation: U-M Blue Bus to Markley or Mott or TheRide Routes 63 and 23 to Mott. Limited paid parking is available nearby.
