1928-B-d:142 Semi-double type; not large; extra early. Cup-shaped, bright clear rose-pink, fading lighter toward the center, which is filled with yellow stamens among which the very bright pink stigmas make a conspicuous pattern; odor not very good. Dwarf; good grower; very abundant bloomer. Not of much value as a show bloom, but the plant is extremely effective in the garden.

1935-B060:13 9.04. Lacti. Double. Early. Pink. Standing at the very top of its class, this rather dwarf semi-double peony with good stems and a medium-sized flower of clear rose pink, lightening towards a center of golden stamens, surrounding bright pink stigmas, has a charm that is irresistible in its appeal to all who like the artistic and beautiful in flowers. There is nothing else like it and its daintiness and loveliness can be appreciated only when seen.

1943-B091:26 lactiflora. Semi-Double. Light pink wild rose like flowers with carpels a peculiar gray and tipped coral pink. One of the most charming flowers we have.

1962-W:087 Pink petals with white at the base. Golden stamens, white pistils with red tops. Small, cupped petals form a semi-single, unusually composed flower. Long-stemmed side buds on every shoot form particularly attractive arrangements of flower clusters just above the low, thick bush. Long, narrow leaves cover the round bush, 27″ stems.. Blooms rather early. One of the best varieties and now reasonably priced.

1976-K:092 (Saunders, 1921) – Semi-Double – Pink – Extra Early. Dwarf. Odor not very good. A beautiful little flower remindful of a semi-double wild prairie rose. Cup shaped, bright clear rose-pink, fading lighter toward the center, which is filled with yellow stamens among which the very bright pink stigmas make a conspicuous pattern. Good grower. Very abundant bloomer. M.
