1928-B-d:112 Single type; very large; early midseason. White, with two rows of very long, wide, overlapping petals; center, a broad ring of golden yellow stamens about a group of reddish carpels tipped darker and having a pink line at the base; not notably fragrant. Tall; very floriferous; strong, erect stems. Good foliage. Perhaps the finest of all single white varieties although EXQUISITE is rated 3 points higher. Especially notable for its great size and the very distinct color contrast in its center.

1938-W&D:112 (Shaylor, 1915) 8.6 Single. Large, white, early. Carpels smooth, with red tips; disk conspicuous, pink-tinged. Plant large, compact. A white-flowered variety with sparsely hairy, pink-tipped carpels and white disk was also received under this name.

1962-W:080 Single. Large, rather loose white flower with slightly crinkled-edged petals, which form a cup. Yellow stamens and white pistils with red tops. Few side buds. Vigorous, dense bush, nearly 3′ high, graceful stems which make it particularly good for cutting. One of the best single white varieties grown in this country in the past fifty years, with Dunlora and Pico.
