Join us for a relaxed morning at Nichols Arboretum designed to support staff well-being through simple, restorative time in nature. This is a low-stakes, come-as-you-are kind of morning--set among the seasonal blooms of the W.E. Upjohn Peony Garden. Stay for one activity or move through the full experience at your own pace.

What to expect:

  • Grab-and-go breakfast, including items like make your own granola bowls and granola bars
  • Gentle movement yoga sessions (please bring a mat)
  • Guided walks through the Arb, including highlights of seasonal interest areas
  • Additional pop-up wellness and connection activities, like live music, succulent planter decorating, and more
