Each session in our Mindful Movement series offers a unique blend of practices such as Qi Gong, accessible yoga, and engaging nature walks. These activities are thoughtfully crafted to relieve stress, enhance your well-being, and foster a deeper connection to the natural world.

Love language - coded messages from plants - Plants have been used for centuries to send coded messages. Learn about the language of flowers and make a coded message to share with someone!
Plants take care of themselves! Observe the ways plants build relationship, nourish, and feed themselves to thrive. Through accessible movements, breathing, and mindfulness we will explore our own self-care and compassion as we stand and walk near our green friends.
