Part III focuses on animal poisonings and envenomations with reference to caterpillars, ants, bee and wasp stings, spider and tick bites, scorpion stings, snake and turtle bites, and more. Environmental Medicine is a very broad field that addresses temperature-related conditions and injuries, elevation sickness, chemical toxins, lightning strikes, infectious diseases, as well as allergies/rashes, poisonings, bites, and envenomations.
