Join us for Let’s Eat, a delicious collaboration between U-M Dining and the EAT! exhibit at Matthaei Botanical Gardens. Enjoy an evening of flavor and connection as M-Dining chefs serve up small bites inspired by the plants growing right here in our conservatory.

Each tasting station features a recipe created by a chef, for this event - a dish rooted in their own story, culture, and relationship to food. Together, these plates celebrate the traditions and plant histories that nourish us.

This event is free and open to all. Come taste, learn, and experience the edible world growing all around us.
