Shipping

We will ship orders in as timely a manner as is reasonable, however please expect 5-7 business days for orders to arrive.  In most cases orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, and please note that we can not ship orders outside of the United States.  

Payments

Payment is accepted via a secure third party payment processor.  Please note that MBGNA nor the University of Michigan access or store your payment information beyond address, payment amount, and payment type.  

MBGNA Members should log in through the membership portal to receive their discount on products and services.

Returns/Refunds

We make every effort to represent products as accurately as possible and package products securely for shipping.  However, should you receive a damaged product, or need to return or exchange your product, please email [email protected]
