For its 70th anniversary celebration, the Ann Arbor Potter's Guild is working in tandem with Matthaei-Nichols to produce a series of sculptures to highlight the Great Lakes Gardens at Matthaei. Each sculpture consists of a compilation of pieces by individual potters working as a team. Artworks are inspired by the biomes featured in the Great Lakes Gardens---a series of spaces that recreates the plants and habitats of the region..
