Have you ever wondered why you feel relaxed or refreshed after a walk in nature? Would you like to enhance your experiences in nature? If so, please join us for a conversation with Michigan Medicine emeritus professor Dr. Sara Warber and current LSA (PitE) lecturer Dr. Jason Duvall, followed by a sensory awareness activity at Nichols Arboretum led by MFA student Bridget Quinn.
