Alex Bryan was formerly Director of Agricultural Programs at the Greater Lansing Food Bank where he developed and managed an extensive community garden program and a farm-business incubator. He is actively engaged in food and farming work, serving on multiple non-profit boards; and, he co-owns Food Field, a 4-acre urban farm in Detroit. Alex has been recognized nationally by AmeriCorps Alums and Farm Credit Services for his leadership in the food and farming sector. He has a B.A. in English Literature from University of Michigan and is always begging friends and co-workers to join him on long trail runs.
